"Griper Grace C. reported two months ago the mosquito had infested her neighborhood in the 4600 block of Clark Place in NW D.C. She wrote the D.C. Department of Health confirmed the block had a problem with the insects and even treated sewers with a larvacide, but, it seems, the problem persists."
